3 Time Photoshoot Queen

I grew so much as a person. I look at the photos from last shoot and it’s literally the new version of me, who doesn’t give a fuck about the scales anymore. Shoot day was amazing, loved how it was set up this time round because you didn’t feel eyes on you or anything

Throughout the Prep the vibe will be high in the Whatsapp Group where we will answer questions, discuss looks & ideas.
There will be 2 x Video Calls to meet and greet the other ladies
On the Day
Depending on Final Numbers the shoot will be from 2pm-6pm on Friday 24th May
The run sheet of the day will be finalised the week prior with your rough shooting times, this will help you be prepared for the day and finalise your looks.
THIS SHOOT IS IN A THE MOST STUNNING STUDIO WITH 8 STYLED SETS.
Theres paper back drops, plinths, studio lighting and also natural lighting.
Location: CHIPPING NORTON

What else is provided?
- light refreshments, good vibes & plenty of BTS content opportunities throughout the whole shoot + a cute goodie bag!
Whatever makes you feel your strongest and most powerful self.
We often have a mixture some ladies choosing to do their own, some choosing to get theirs professionally done & we've also had hair dressers and makeup artists involved in the shoot as clients you never know what connection you'll make to glam up for the day. Thats also part of the fun!
The biggest takeaway is BE YOU! If you love to get your glam on go for it, if you don't thats fine too!
What we do suggest is setting your intentions early and booking things ahead of time to not miss out and/or start budgeting yourself a little shoot kitty that provides you the resources to have the shoot you want and deserve!
Completely normal feelings, but you never know unless you give it a go.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone is the only way to grow, do the things that scare and excite you, I promise you WON'T regret it!

DURING THE SHOOT WE ACTUALLY LOOK AT WHAT CONFIDENCE IS, HOW TO CULTIVATE IT & THE SECRET IS ACTUALLY IN THE PROCESS.. TRUST ME, YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS.
We run our shoots Bi-Annually, the tickets go quickly & the cut off date is the cut off date.
The reality of it is if you wait for the perfect time, you'll never do anything.
If you miss the cut off you will need to wait until the next shoot.
Having past experience with clients results, stress levels and life 16 weeks provides the minimum time to rock up to the shoot feeling strong, powerful & resilient.
A time sensitive goal is one of THE most underrated tools to get results and achieve success!
Due to the nature of a payment plan, the charges and admin fee's' are passed on to yourself (the client) this is to ensure the full payment for the photoshoot is received by PT WITH RHI to cover the costs of the photoshoot & day. The photoshoots cost upward of $3000+
The glow up photo shoots are reserved for my 1:1 coaching clients only. There will be other community events held in future for both app and 1:1 clients. Due to the nature of the coaching, service and experience in the prep and day you must be a member inside of the Glow Up Coaching to take part in the photoshoot.

Overall goal was fat loss and I am proud of my progress! I was so excited prior and was a little nervous of the unknown of how will I go and also my outfit because I hadn’t worn something like that before - during I had a lot of fun it was so great to mingle with the girls whilst we waited for someone else to go and hype eachother up and I had so much doing the shoot and posing and basically just being a queeeen

I went from running away from the camera to loving myself in front of the camera. I have so much more confidence in myself, the body image is so much better. I use to hate myself and now im just bloody proud of the body I have. The change in my body is really amazing, I’ve learnt to love a stronger better build then what I use to have. Having curves is amazing

I think overall it was great. 16 weeks was a good amount of time for prep/cut leading up to the shoot. I really liked the group chat as a way to share ideas and, talk about the day, and get to know people a little & Just thank you for stepping me through the process. This was all so new to me and a huge step out of my comfort zone.

I really enjoyed the prep - it was so much more motivating to have a goal to work towards. Having the group chat was a great idea - it gave us the opportunity to share ideas and help each other out. The vibes were on in the days leading up as we were all sharing our excitement, nervousness, tips, encouragement, etc. I don’t know what we did before group chats were a thing in terms of pre party pump ups 😂 The photoshoot itself was such a good experience, I felt super nervous at the beginning but Rhi & the photographer were so great in helping me nail poses and loosen up a bit.

I am super self conscious of my body and in front of the camera. The shoot really broke down some of this and I came away feeling more confident in my own skin - more than I expected!
I honestly felt really great! I felt so much support and encouragement from the other women and Rhi. I felt confident after seeing some of the shots and it helped me to relax into it more. I loved the experience!
